On Friday I had the distinct honor of meeting members of the Winona High School Class of 1974. It was a privilege to see firsthand how the Wildcat spirit continues to thrive in their hearts. Their enduring pride and connection to Winona High is a testament to the lasting impact of our school community and its traditions.
I would also like to extend my deepest gratitude to the WHS alumni who generously shared their time and experiences with our student-athletes during Friday
morning's Alumni sponsored breakfast. A special thank you to Winona ISD School Board President Randy Hawkins and retired Judge Mitch Shamburger for offering your insight, encouragement, and support to our students. Your words and presence have surely made a lasting impression.
At Winona ISD, we are incredibly fortunate to have such dedicated alumni who continue to invest in the success of our students and the future of our community.
Sincerely,
Damenion Miller
