As we welcome you to our wonderful campuses please remember that we do have a check in process that we need everyone to follow.

  1. During school hours you MUST check in to one of the guard shacks when you enter the campus and explain your reason for visiting, you will then be directed to where you need to go.

  2. You MUST show ID and get properly checked in to whatever office you are visiting.

  3. You can only go to the areas in which you are given permission to go.

  4. Even when you are dropping off items such as clothes, lunch etc... you MUST check in the office unless arrangements have been made prior to your visit by the principal only ( NO EXCEPTIONS ) !!!

  5. During school hours visitors are NOT allowed in the High School Student Parking area (behind the HS gym) , behind the Ag Bldg., behind the Band Hall, behind the Elementary, behind the Middle School or at any ball field or tennis court unless authorized first (NO EXCEPTIONS) and permission can come from an office staff of the campus you are visiting, by an administrator or by the guards at the guard shack ONLY !!!

We take the safety seriously here at Winona ISD and will take any actions necessary to keep our students, staff and visitors safe at all times.
